4. Prices and Payments
4.1 Can we still negotiate on the prices found in your website?
Yes, prices on our website are negotiable. Just type in your offer amount and press Send Offer. A counter offer will be sent to your email shortly.
4.2 Are delivery charges negotiable?
No, delivery charges are fixed and are non negotiable but delivery services are only recommended and not compulsory.
4.3 Do you allow paying in installments?
No, we require payment of 100% as the units will not leave our yard until they are fully paid for.

A Bank Charge of $50 needs to be paid in addition to the unit and transport cost. Otherwise, you may send the hard copy to our Accounts Department in Durban with tel. no. +27 31 361 4673. Please include sending both the consignee details and C&F Agent details.
4.5 How do I view my account status/statement?
After logging in, go to My Account on the main navigation menu and click on My Reports. There you will able to open your account statement report, notices, invoices and detailed stock/inventory list.
